Support that starts with the person, not the label
People look for counselling for many reasons: constant worry, something painful that has not settled, growing distance from a partner, or a sense that life feels harder than it used to. Dear Therapy offers counselling services in Vancouver for individuals and couples, in person or online by secure video.
Individual counselling is one-to-one work on whatever is affecting you most, from anxiety and low mood to a decision you keep circling. Couples counselling helps partners slow down a recurring conflict, hear what sits underneath it and try a different way of responding. Online counselling is available for both, by secure video, for clients in Vancouver.

These categories are starting points, not boxes. Anxiety can sit beside grief. Burnout can affect a relationship. Trauma can shape how the body responds long after an event has passed. The free 15-minute consultation is a chance to describe what is going on and ask whether individual or couples counselling, in person or online, makes most sense to start with.
The free call can be by phone, video or in person, and is booked through Jane, the practice’s online booking system. Evening appointments are offered. You can also review fees and insurance information or contact Dear Therapy first.
